Integrated maintenance service

One-stop service: We offer one-stop services on maintenance-related work for a variety of electrical equipment at our Tech site or customer sites.

Our unique educational program: We have a lineup of engineers who can provide a valuable "one-stop service".To ensure continuous improvement of skills, we train engineers through our unique educational programs.

Parts center: We keep and manage parts for maintenance work at our Tech site.We appropriately control stocks through management of stock entry/dispatch from warehouses and filling-up points.

Onsite maintenance service

Japan-wide onsite service: We offer service at our site (Tech) as well as onsite services all over Japan through our contracted and authorized shop network.

Service staff education and training/dt>: We educate and train service members at our Tech site.

Call center service

Offer solutions from customers' perspectives.: We offer call services specializing in maintenance services.We always try to offer services based on intimate knowledge of functions of actual products in stock on our call services.
We also offer solutions from users' perspectives based on our deeper understanding of products through our call service, along with providing related maintenance services.

Operator training: We educate and train operators using actual products and training videos.

Board maintenance service

Fulfilled rework facility: We have a large range of rework equipment to help ensure maintenance capabilities.We provide services for parts that are difficult to handle including semiconductor packages such as BGA, parts for narrow pitch reed, etc.

Unique effort for quality improvement: Our efforts include optimizing soldering volume through advance verification, and improving soldering quality.As part of these efforts, we have established an internal soldering school.An internal qualification system has been implemented under a high level education framework.

Analysis: We have a variety of facilities that are required for maintenance and analysis.We improve quality for customers by analyzing defect points.

System development: We develop the most suitable system corresponding to each maintenance service.
